Comfy convenient room in city centre

The staff is very nice. And the instructions are really clear. We spent a night in studio-type room. And it is unexpectedly good! The room is spacious enough for three to four suitcases opened at the same time. The bed is the most comfortable bed i have ever used in New Zealand. Heat light is provided inside the bathroom, which is really nice in this cold weather. A little nice view can be seen in our room. Walkable distance like 15-20 minutes walk to Queenstown Gondola. 10 minutes walk to Queenstown mall.

Just a minor issue, a few stairs are unavoidable for getting into the studio type room.

Sofa bed in lounge and chairs were uncomfortable, and in need of an upgrade.

A very comfortable stay in Queenstown

Our studio suite was very modern, clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The dishwasher was very much appreciated and the bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, being a short walk away from the lake and the town. We were fortunate enough to have some mountain views from our room.

The parking was fairly tight and there was no actual parking spot allocated for our room. We were told to park in the rear of the block where there were 6 spaces. Roadworks - but no fault of the hotel! Luckily we were at the back of the building but we could hear some noise at night. The stairs leading to our room made it slightly awkward to get our luggage etc from our car in the car park.

Comfortable, relaxing, clean and modern facilities.

Well equipped with full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, washing detergent, lounge sofa & seats, porper dining table & 4 chairs, many lighting options in the living areas, spacious room, well laid out. There was a ‘boil water’ notice in the room, which the reception gave us bottled water to drink and to rinse our mouths. Friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have waterviews.

Slightly hilly upward slope 20 min walk for older people to get back to the apartment from the city & gondola. The sliding door was abit tricky to lock as you need to push both sides of the sliding panels together to enable the key to lock. The allocated basement carpark is a bit tight.

Wonderful

The apartment was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything needed to self cater comfortably, though we only made breakfasts during our stay. The location was excellent, within a few minutes walk of the centre of Queenstown Harbour, restaurants and shopping. Also close to the lakeside walk around the Gardens. We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend the apartments to others.

Will definitely be back!

Rooms were large and the view from our balcony was exceptional.

It was a reasonable walk down a steep hill to "The Wharf" precinct in Queenstown. Much harder work coming back up the hill!!

Great apartment close to town!

Great location - close to the town. Very well laid out apartment. Plenty of room and all the facilities we needed including washing machine & dryer. Very comfortable bed!

The couch converts to a pull-out bed... just ok as a sofa

Great warm stay would definitely stay again! loved how

Room was warm and very tidy. The location was a perfect 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. Bed was very comfortable but was two king single beds pushed together making the centre of the bed lumpy. Bathroom was good and supplies were changed as needed. Shower was good but had strange shower doors but did not affect the shower being used.

Very large room that only had a small kitchenette. Offered a park out the back of the the hotel but there were no available parks and the only 'park' left was very tint. Parks do not suit large vehicles like hilux's.

Fantastic location. Clean unit with great view and good kitchen facilities

The bed was not in great shape and there was only a thin Fairydown blanket on the bed in midwinter. No spare in the cupboard. However, staff readily gave us another one when we asked.

Warm, comfortable, incredibly clean and great location - would definitely stay here again.

The room was really nicely decorated, and I'm not sure if it was clear when we booked but we had a pretty nice view. The tv came with netflix and was massive. The kitchen, although we didn't use it, was really well equipped for the size. The bathroom was huge and good shower pressure. Plenty of room to put things away if you were going to be there for a couple of days and really nice to have a couple of chairs and tables to chuck stuff on. Lots of plug points.

Although the bedside lights look very unobtrusive they weren't great lights. Would have been good to have a way to turn the outside light off when we arrived, but my guess is that it's better for the majority to keep them on for others coming back late.

Great, would stay again

Great location, friendly staff, great parking etc

Heater was on when we got there but it was off when we got back from town later that night and we couldn't get it going so was a rather chilly night, but then it just took off again in the morning as we were about to leave!!

Spa bath, spacious and clean room and fully equipped kitchenware

Not right in town centre but close enough to walk, just that it's a bit steepy road. Shower head lack of pressure
